What we collect

We only collect the personal data you choose to send us through the contact form or by email:

• Name, email address and, optionally, company and phone number
• The content of your message and the topic you select

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain.

Why we use it

We use your data only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client or candidate, to continue that conversation. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering requests, in line with Albanian Law No. 124/2024 on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Processors

Contact-form messages are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form delivery service. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within 24 months. Data related to clients or employees is kept as long as required by applicable law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to management@vecturasolutions.org. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner of Albania.
